I liked having text messages on status, and the quick turnaround. Less than 3 hours total time.

As I previously stated, I was contacted for my appointment late. My contact phone number was not used to call and ask my PERMISSION TO CHANGE OUT WARRANTEED PARTS. Therefore, my car was not fixed until the next day.
service was ok, only I wasnt made aware that the shuttle didnt run after 4. good to know, i would have had my oil changed earlier in the day.
Service was completed under the estimated timeframe! Michael was professional and appreciative of my loyalty as a long time customer to Temecula Jeep going back over 27 years!
I have been doing business here for over 10 years and I have had only one bad experience with a service advisor and another with some genius of a mechanic who worked there but that was a few years ago. Sadly, I have no control over your rate of personnel turnover otherwise people like James **** would be retained indefinitely......he represents the type personality I would like to deal with every time I visit. also, I can see that considerable improvements have been made re your choice of receptionists/cashiers.....they sound more intelligent
You have lots of people walking around, No one greeted me for maybe 5 minutes? I have been there before to have some accessories added to my truck. Same thing, I have to look in the booths to get someones attention. I'm on time, how about being greeted when I get in the service area by someone who is a paying customer and is on time for his appointment?
This was my first visit to your dealership for maintenance. 5,000 miles on a 2500 2015 diesel. I ended up talking to the cashier about my next oil change, when it would be recommended. Really, the cashier? No one discussed any future maintenance. Only about the service I asked for.
Had 3 people try and find out if my truck was ready before it showed up. Had my tires rotated. I start to drive out and I have a warning about low tire pressure. I drive back, oh, you have to drive about 10 miles to re-start the program. I asked them to double check, I'm towing my 5th wheel that night. They did check and the air in the tires and it was correct. (How would I know unless you mention it?)
My customer service guy was very nice and everyone was cordial but I'm sorry, something is missing in the service area.
I will not be returning. I'm going find better service elsewhere.
