Service writer was able to take care of us in the requested time.
It would have been nice to wash the vehicle after the repair especially having spent quite a bit of money. Was shocked to see the vehicle delivered back to us dirty.
Mr. **** is amazing!!! I have steered away from the dealership many years ago But since meeting and dealing with Mr.**** has really restored my faith confidence at DCH Chrysler again . He not only listens but understands that you are human and a customer who only wants the best and I can tell he wants to always give the best He has always treated me fair and explained every thing that's going on every step of the way .I have the upmost respect for Mr. **** and I wish he could receive top honors for his service. I will always be a customer of the DCH Chrysler because of Mr ****. and I will not hesitate to refer and recommend DCH dealership to my friends and family. I came in for an oil change. It's normal for the dealership to be a bit slower but I trust the dealership more and normally don't mind the wait for good service. I called and asked if there was any synthetic oil change coupons or deals. I was told there was , 75 dollars.
When I came in I was told I should have a coupon and "what is the point of offering a coupon if you don't need one by the service rep. He said there was a recall and it would only take a couple mins to complete.
2 hrs later I walked outside with my 18 month old on my back and saw my van parked not being worked on.
Then I went to the cashier and asked about my car. I said I had to go to pick my kids up from preschool.
No one knew about my car. 10 mins later they said it was done and they were sorry that the mechanics must have not communicated with the service rep.
I am disappointed by the way I was treated and the amount of time I spent there also I wonder how long I sat there with my kid with my car done.

Mr. **** was great! Very hepful
After not putting the dipstick on right after an oil change, I am still dealing with the oul that blew all over my engine and hood. It is still not clean and I get sick from the fumes as I have asthma. I still have oil dripping from felt on hood and dropping on engine.???
After spending over 6300, I would expect
At a minimum that my Vehicle would have
Been washed. Thank you
