Chris, from the service department. Respect food delivery during the time that I was bringing my car and very clear communication make me feel very comfortable to work with my vehicle at DCH,service department I also like the email communication when the car repair was complete everyone at the dealer they had a great respect for their customers that's why I keep coming back

after spending 4,000 dollars would of been nice for the lot porter to have rinsed the truck off and the perform service light was never reset

I really think that when the customer gets their oil changed there, a wheel rotation should be free like at all other places.

I believe you should wash all vechiles after the service, and given back to the owner in this manner. Makes us feel appreciated and in turn DCH will get many a compliment. You have a great line of cars , Jeeps etc, so to make a difference it doesn't take too much to make a CHANGE!! Just my opinion

There was nobody to ask questions to about the process of Permaplate. I didn't receive a book about it or anything to let me know who to call if something rips or burns or misc...

WHY Did you do away with placing the oil change sticker on the upper left side on the inside windshield. I used it as my guide.
