after spending 4,000 dollars would of been nice for the lot porter to have rinsed the truck off and the perform service light was never reset
I really think that when the customer gets their oil changed there, a wheel rotation should be free like at all other places.
Mr. James Gardener provided the very model of customer service, insight, and expertise. I was beyond satisfied with the competency, courtesy, quality of service and speed of service. Service advisors would do well to emulate his performance on the job!

I believe you should wash all vechiles after the service, and given back to the owner in this manner. Makes us feel appreciated and in turn DCH will get many a compliment. You have a great line of cars , Jeeps etc, so to make a difference it doesn't take too much to make a CHANGE!! Just my opinion

There was nobody to ask questions to about the process of Permaplate. I didn't receive a book about it or anything to let me know who to call if something rips or burns or misc...
WHY Did you do away with placing the oil change sticker on the upper left side on the inside windshield. I used it as my guide.
Our service at DCH was outstanding. Our service rep was very friendly and handled all of our work required promptly. I would like him to be our service representative again on our next visit.
We do not need to be contacted we will not return to that location for service.
