Jordan was great. He even looked into a problem with the billing, and fixed it.

When vehicle was supposed to be brought to me, the porter said "5 min". Had to go back to tech to complete reassembly. Window regulator was replaced and the drivers window was left filthy!
I have filled out these surveys before and asked the same question. Why is my vehicle not being washed? It's stated complimentary wash yet it's not done. I would like to understand why? This is my only complaint.
This isn't the first time, but almost every time I have brought my car in for an appointment, I wait a long time before I am helped, let alone greeted. I waited over 40 minutes before I was even approached. What was especially disconcerting is that there were people standing around joking and laughing...rather than helping out. There were only 3 cars.

James is an excellent service advisor. He was sensitive to my time restrictions and provided me with thorough information. This was probably one of the best service experiences I have ever had. Kudos to James!

My experience was quite pleasant. Although the DCH Chrysler Jeep Temecula was busy, my needs were still met and my concerns were made a priority. There were two gentleman assisting me, Armel ( I believe that is how his name is spelt) and Mark, who works in the Parts department. They were very helpful and attentive. I really appreciated it. They made sure that all of my questions, comments, and concerns were addressed. There was also an amazingly kind woman named Cynthia who assisted me during the payment process of my experience. I am very pleased with the work that has been done.
