Per Yakov, you replaced the right front tire which was damaged when the brake system failed. I checked and the right front wheel appears to be new. This was not listed on the invoice but represented a major change since it was reportedly damaged when the bolt backed out of the caliper - case of the brake failure.
Also, we had to pay 109 extra towing charge so we could get it to your shop. We had the brakes serviced on Nov. 7 and the error per Yakov was due to poor work by your mechanic (who was "written up and counselled").
Yakov was very helpful and I would return to him or James for future service. We were pleased to get our Jeep back with correct service on our brakes.

Normally I bring my car in early in the morning m-f however due to my schedule I was unable to do that. I was in on a Saturday morning after an early morning appointment. The service manager explained that my wait time was 3-4 hours. He provided me with the option of saying or coming back on a different day. I decided to wait. I was really excited when I ready when my car was ready in less than three hours. Thank you!
My service adviser was good. As of right now I still only trust James, but James was off and this guy was a good back-up. I'd keep him around for a while if I was you!

Chris was at lunch when the driver finally picked me up. I guess one driver had a dentist appointment so there was some confusion. But the Service manager approved the new battery price of 50.00 that mad me happy. Sad that the battery and a lot of components are breaking immediately after the warranty. 37,000 miles. Really? My Toyota lasted 120,000 miles without needing major repairs. I am not happy that I bought a dodge. But it was my choice. Julie
The service manager did a great job but the mechanic didn't reset the oil change Button to let me know when it would be time for next service and when I brought truck in my light was on indecating low tire pressure and it's still on very disappointing

Chris is the best! He is a professional and knowledgeable person who talks to you about how to best serve you with your needs. I appreciate his truthful comments and answers to my questions because I am a woman that lacks the ability to understand what is going on with my vehicle. In addition he is familiar with the government protocols that relate to the maintenance and specific requirements for processing billing practices. I will continue to do service with Chris because he is a genius in his field. Thanks!
Rich always takes real good care of my truck. He treats her as she was his own. I needed to work done that day and it was a lot of work and he got it done for me. Thank you guys so much.
