DCH Chrysler Jeep Temecula

I usually take my car to Bob Baker Jeep in Carlsbad. There, they will wash your car and vacuum it out. When I asked about this, the service adviser said that they stopped car washes due to the drought - this is completely understandable (and responsible). When I asked if they vacuum them out, he said "No, they stopped that too". This takes only a few minutes to do and makes a good impression. It makes you seem cheap and that the customer is just a number, which I do realize is the case, but the small details are what people notice. The adviser (don't know his name) was a really nice guy and fast with good communication about the work and when it would be done. I don't want this to come back on him, he obviously didn't make the no vacuum policy. Also, the vacuuming isn't the end of the world, but if you want honest feedback, you guys seem cheap to not do this and save 7 minutes in labor.

It was quick and hassle free. You all under sold and over delivered which is always a much welcomed surprise

Great customers service on Saturday, even got my car back ahead of the time he gave.

The problem hasn't be fixed. It was recommended that we get a three hundred dollar fuel injection. But, my car's engine still stalls. I must take it in again.

Service rep was courteous and quick, repairs were clean and good. Only issue I had was grease stains on my carpet and the plastic molding. I will clean off but those little detail items are what make the difference in good and great service. v/r Mike

Excellent service and quicker than estimated

It was very good that the service writer took the time to explain to my daughter what was going on with the brakes on her car and he explained it in a way that was not sarcastic but helpful so hopefully she can make some driving corrections and alive her problem with the brakes
