James was great.... but the repairs were substandard to say the least.
Service was great... restroom needs to be completely redone. Feces whipped on the walls and obscenities written on the walls. As someone who works for a different franchise I was suprise to see the condition of your restrooms. Nothing a coat of paint couldn't handle. Building is really beautiful from the outside but the rest rooms and waiting area really could use some updating. The water stained ceilings in the waiting area are not pleasing either. I will continue to service with you guys as the people are really helpful and friendly regardless of the eyesore. Will definitely skip the restrooms though truth be told.
