The appointment scheduling process is abysmal. I made an appointment for 11:00 to have my brakes checked. When I showed up they seemed surprised to see me and said it would be a 2 1/2 hour wait. I reminded them that I had an appointment and would be waiting at the dealer for my car. They informed me that they had way too many appointments scheduled and that was how long it would take to get to me. Very frustrating. It did end up taking 2 hours and when I was leaving he told me they really don't support people waiting for their cars. The appointment time is just the time you drop off your car.
