Came in to have a recall taken care of and now there is something wrong with my steering wheel. Now I have to come back to the dealer and figure out what they did when they took care of the recall. Jordan was very nice and I know it's not his fault. Where is your quality control. I noticed it pretty soon after I got it back but too late to bring it back that day. Not to mention I specifically asked they not roll the front drivers side window down due to it working intermittently Andy was raining and it was rolled down all the way. Again why have the customer tell you anything if you don't listen!

Wife thought she was able to pick up Sunday. She came in and was told her jeep in repair shop and they could not release to her. She explained she needed it for work and asked if there was anyway to get it. The person who assisted her, name unknown, was rude to her and told her no. It wa her mistake nothing he could do. She called me upset saying they were very rude and she was never going back there again. I called pissed and told the guy figure it out call the service guy see if they can come in and get it. After 10 minutes of me not very nice he finally said he would do what he could. About an hour later he called saying we could come get the jeep after 1230. Why did it take me getting pissed and calling to fix it. Why didn't your sales people treat my wife as they treated me? My wife is beyond pissed. She believes she was treated different because she is a women. I hope to get a phone call about this. If not I'll. E calling corporate to fix this issue of treating my wife different because she is a women. She will never go back to your store.

Came in with no appointment and was quickly taken care of for an oil change. In and out in an hour. Great job considering the amount of vehicles that were there. Thank you. Will be returning again.

I will reiterate here, I was completely satisfied with the Customer Service Chris **** provided to me. I felt he went above and beyond trying to troubleshoot the issue I was having and he was even perplexed and empathetic on why his new phone wouldn't sync to my 14 GC. I'm still concerned this is an ongoing issue with this system and am hopeful a new S/W patch is released to avoid any future issues. My only resort is to use a "dated" phone since no new phone will work on the system.

I had my truck for about six hours and then it completely broke down left me stranded. I had to get a tow truck to take it back to the dealership. Now you guys have to work on it again! I'm now going to be without my vehicle again! Not a happy customer!

This DCH is the first time I have ever felt comfortable getting my car Serviced. Chris is the best service advisor. Also, yesterday 2/6 was hectic & waiting room full. Cynthia & Mattie are exceptional. I did not see them until all clients were gone & I was alone. Cynthia was so calm & reassuring with the many disgruntled clients it was almost peaceful and Mattie with the checkout

Chris **** is the most helpful car service person I have ever dealt with. He is friendly and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain things and doesn't seem rushed even though I know that he is really busy. This is not just in his interaction with me. I have seen the same helpful attitude towards other customers.
