My service advisor James was excellent, all my expectations were met service wise. The only problem was when I picked my car up the plastic seat cover, and paper mat were left inside my vehicle.
My service advisor provided me with outstanding customer service.
It took the techs over 6 hours too just tell me that they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car radio and that they were going to have to order me a new one. It would not have been so bad, however initially Chris told me it would only take 3 hours to diagnose and 5 hours too fix.. I'm a patient person, but for it to take over 6 hours just to diagnose is a problem.
I was told that when my new car radio comes in, it will take only an HOUR. Hopefully that's true..
ps: the cashier and Greg the shuttle driver were amazing at getting me where I needed to be..

I'm so glad James was our service rep. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We have never been to this dealership for service (have looked at new cars but did not like sales), but glad we came here...much closer to home than Carlsbad where we purchased our Jeeps.

Jordan handled the situation very well. However I got my car after waiting 30 minutes I found a cigarette **** in it. I hate that smell, took it to get washed and found service had not put the seal on the back hatch on correctly so I had to bring my car back. None of my issues were with Jordan however all with the service of my car. I feel I should offered something as I had to was my car because I hate that smell and I had to bring my car back

I came in Wednesday afternoon February 1 at 3 o'clock for an oil change.I was told it would take an hour or an hour and a half.
After waiting almost an hour and 45 minutes, roughly 4:45, I was informed my truck was ready. I discovered later that my truck had been ready at 3:43, almost an hour before I was informed that it WAS ready. I needlessly waited an extra hour! It was not the fault of the service adviser, however.
The service was completed in almost record time. The excessive and needless wait time certainly set a record!
Thankful for the extremely fast service. Didn't even have time to drink a cup of coffee! In and out quick!
this will be my last service at DCH. There is no other truck on the market that has these maintenance costs. I will buy from across the street asap.
I brought my car for service dealing first fob not working then my radio, climate controls stop working if was the radio then AC, heat, front defroster rear defroster these would and work.u connect 2yrs 50,00 radio al usually last a life time.I guess I have turn to social media also not my car speaking in Germany
