I came at Saturday so they can work on my van. Chris **** came and help me. He said that their are busy and he said if you can come back on weekdays he can work on my van and look for him. I come back on Monday and look for him and he did a great job of my van . Thanks Chris ****.
It will be a lot of help if you provide a car wash during a car service like some other dealers the they give free car wash to customers, I was little disappointed because this is my first jeep and no car wash provided, I all ways had drive Toyota and BMW, I hope one day jeep dealers give this services .

Chris was efficient and courteous. There were no problems or concerns with my visit.
I was grateful that my oil change was completed quickly. However, the technicians should be more diligent in following through on what's requested. They did not inflate my tires or reset the oil life. We drive right back in and Chris took care of it for us.

Rental car was extremely dirty on the outside. For a dealership I would feel that the car is a representation of the company. If my own car was not dirty when I dropped it off, I wouldn't expect to drive a dirty car loaned to me.
James provided excellent attentive service. Very positive experience.
Good service, but not great. It took nine days for a prognosis and no repair. The same should have taken no more than 3 days.

James always takes very good care of me. It is nice to be able to have the same service rep each time I go; he is familiar with my car and what needs to be done, and makes sure that it is safe for me to drive as we often make trips out of state. He is a "keeper" in your service dept.
I was set up for an appointment 5 - 6 days ago for a recall on my 2016 Jeep Patriot I came in this morning before 7 a.m. for my appointment they checked James the service advisor who is very good found out there was no parts for the repair available so the appointment was a waste of time before they made the appointment for me when I called in I should have made sure they had to repair parts available very poor organization especially in the days of computers should have had the parts available now I have to reschedule going to put in a complaint 2 Chrysler Jeep

Had my car was there for a week. Had alot of work done. Had a oil change they didnt reset my sensor so oil change is still blinkung on my dash. Usually they wash your car for you and it was dirty when i got it back. I asked service man if they could replace mussing hubcap on car and no hubcap.i would haveservice department double check things.nrs. dixon
