The reason I brought my car in was for my left front blinker bulb kept going out. It was was not fixed on 3/10 when I had my appointment and I had to bring it in for a second time 3/11 and finally the electrically manager Eric was able to figure out that the bulb was in fact bad in my left blinker and replaced it.

Chris kept us informed through out the hhole time that we had to wait. He also answered all my questions on my car. The receptionist was really friendly and made us laugh.Your drive zroger, when he sees us always welcomes us and asked us if we need a ride any where. They all made our stay with you very comfortable . Thank you Peter & Sherry Palumbo

I would've been completely satisfied with the service but they told me up front when they were changing the lower ball joints on my car that if the car needed it I would have to pay to have an alignment done. I think that should've been done as a courtesy seeing as how I got a major part of my suspension replaced. I have several contacts in other dealerships that told me when they do a recall anything to do with the repair is ALWAYS covered by the dealership. It's bad business practice to have a safety recall and not have the best come back out after the service. On the positive side the recall repair was done quickly and with quality, my only complaint was the afore mentioned.

I was impressed with the way that James made sure my car was taken care of and safe for me to drive. He was also very pleasant and courteous. I also was impressed with the attitude of the lady that is the cashier in the service center, she was patient and helpful to everyone.

Jordan was excellent. He communicated well, he took care of my vehicle to the best of his ability, and he treated me with patience and respect when I questioned my service contract. All in all it was a great experience and I would recommend this dealership and Jordan as a service rep to anyone.

Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment I informed Jordan that on previous visits I have had a problem with grease in the interior of the car. He assured me that it wouldn't happen again. When I got home at 6:00pm I noticed grease on the arm rest, rocker panel,carpet and under the hood. I recommend that DCH Chryslers Service Advisors should check customers car before they pick it up. That would alleviate that problem. When you bring your car in Clean you should receive it back Clean. Sincerely, GALEN G

You spilled oil all over my engine and did not clean it up. I was not called when my car was ready. The oil change took 3 hours when they said no more than 2. You scratched my bumper. My maintenance required light came on the next morning and my car only had 600 miles on the odometer. I checked the oil level and the dipstick says that you guys shorted me on oil.
