The service staff was professional and courteous.
The technicians cleaned the oil off the engine. I was impressed. They went above what I expected from other service centers.

I was unhappy they dont wash your car anymore. I had plastic stuck to seat and i feel that it took to long to be serviced. Staff was friendly. I ended up paying almost 3300 dollars for a heater core and a water pump leak.
The firmware upgrade was performed perfectly!

Performed custom AC service as requested. Good attitude. DCH needs to offer a AAA member discount as service prices are bit high.
I waited over 45 minutes to check my car in. I was told there were no loaner vehicles. Then while I was waiting in the waiting room, 4 people came in after and were given loaner cars. These were all people that were checked in after me.
Also, I dropped my vehicle off at 9:30 am with an expected call back before noon and I didn't get a call back until after 2:30pm. This meant that I didn't get any work started on my car until 3pm.
I will have to say that Jordan did redeem himself at the end of the day. He was able to get me into a rental and did deliver on getting my car before noon the next day.
I was going to wait till we got home to write a letter but I've never felt so good about spending that money for a repair. Chris really made me feel getting my car fixed was his priority. I was amazed at the size your dealership and how well it was run, and at the same time, I got the personal attention I needed to get the job done so I could get on the road the next day. Thanks again, Chris!
Great overall service, no pressure tactics. Was treated with curtesy and buying an used vehicle was a pleasurable experience. I would recommend DCH and the staff to family and relatives!

A car wash on the outside would have been nice.
