It took well over two hours just to get the oil changed today! I had a baby screaming, bored to death. Then to top things off, I was given another vehicles keys and paperwork. I will not be returning for maintenance again

Should maybe have more then 1 shuttle driver, I waited for a bit over 30 mins to get shuttled to the mall, other then that, great experience

I cannot believe Dodge has no answer for my throttle problem. Now I have to buy a new car and get rid of this one and come out of retirement to pay for it. Thanks for nothing. Also the warranty paid for nothing. Thanks for nothing, what a piece of #### company.

Yasha was absolutely fantastic, communicated well and was very personable. We were only disappointed with the condition we got the car back in. There was oil and grime all over the drivers side area and the inside smelled strongly of smoke. Ended up getting a 50 car wash to get the oil and smoke scent out

When I made the appointment I was told it takes an hour to change the part and about an hour to get it ready. When I got to the facility to drop it off the service customer service said it would be ready at a specific time which was 6 hrs after my appointment and I live 2 hrs away. I just got home and now my airbag light on the dash is on. So I will be calling tomorrow to find out why. Oh and also when my vehicle was given back to me my steering whew was moved which I get but my seat setting were completely changed all of my windows where down and my seat was moved completely forward so I could barley get it.
