I appreciate Danielle to also get the 2 tiny "recalls" taken cared of when my car tire was getting fixed. I also appreciated her getting me into a rental so I can finish my work day and work the next day.

Upon checking in, I was told the wait would be around two hours and that I would receive a text message when my car was ready. Unfortunately, I never received the message because it ended up in my spam folder which I understand is partially my responsibility. However, I think the representative could have also come to update me in person, especially since the location wasn’t very busy at the time. The representative should check on customers waiting about 10–15 minutes after the text has been sent. it would have been helpful if staff had checked on customers who were still waiting. Because of this, I ended up waiting an extra hour and a half unnecessarily. For improvement, I suggest that staff check in on customers more frequently during long waits and consider sending both a text and an email notification to ensure important messages aren't missed.
