The associate was being a bit discouraging advising me that the warranty may not have covered my tire that I went in for. I asked a simple question “how was I supposed to drive the vehicle here” and she assumed I was getting upset and told me it wasn’t her fault and there was no reason for me to get upset with her, which I was not. The associate looked old enough to know what customer service should be and she in fact did not provide that. She was very negative since I arrived with my car; warranty may not cover, process is going to take longer because we need to send pictures for approval, wait time is over 2 hours.
