My car is 9yrs old rav4 like
The 10K maintenance was due on my 2025 Camry. It took about 2 hours to complete. Which was a little long for 174 point inspection, tire rotation, oil change, and fluid top off. I do not know the policy for cleaning the vehicle, for example washing exterior and vacuuming the inside. This would be an added bonus and is done at other dealers like Honda, Acura..etc. Other than that my service rep was very friendly and personable. I appreciated her accurate estimate of the time allotted to complete the transaction.

I’m finishing up with my past comments. I must have met a threshold and my message got sent. I hadn’t gotten a chance to review it for spelling and grammar, and I hadn’t finished as well. As I was saying, before my message was cut off, that I will be looking under the hood and underneath my vehicle before taking it in on Monday to the body shop. I’m concerned, as there has been several issues with the condition of this truck while it was over there for service. Hopefully, there are no other apparent concerns.
I do understand now, after hearing from Chris, that there is dirt coming in from the open fields surrounding the dealership when the wind picks up. I was not aware of this upon delivering my vehicle to the dealership. Even if I had I known, I would not think they would bring it to me in that
condition. Chris did take care of it after I complained, but I think a vehicle should be clean when brought to the customer-at least if it was brought to them clean. I Personally washed my car the night before I brought it in. In general, there appears to be a less than careful approach to my vehicle while it was there. It isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with scratches and chips while my vehicle was there for service. Chris has made compensations so far with dealing with the scratches and chips, by
having the body shop take care of them. I still however have issues with the driverside door noise, which seems to me coming from a miss-
alignment that occurred somehow while there. And as mentioned in the last message, there is an issue with the air conditioning vent that was
broken, most likely while the detailing crew cleaned the cab. One more
observation, when Danielle, my advisor, went to get my truck to
deliver it to me, when the clutch service was completed, I heard the truck
beep three times while using the remote to get in. My vehicle only beeps three times if it is impacted while in park. It normally beeps twice. My car most likely had been bumped while parked at some point. Don’t know if
this has anything to do with the door noise issue or not. I am looking under the hood and underneath the vehicle before delivering it to Michelle in the body shop on Monday, October 20th. The manager at the body shop seems knowledgeable and was patient with me when we spoke. I believe she is aware of the door noise issue but it wasn’t confirmed by her if she is working on that issue as of yet. I do thank

The person that supposed to help me was taking a while with the previous customer. Not just helping them but joking around while I waited so another person helped me. I asked for a car was and I never got one. Just lack of professionalism. I also had to remind them of the coupon that was to be applied.
I really like how Danielle is friendly and welcoming to her guest. She always follows up with how my car is running. Also, I can trust her and she is informative. I would recommended her to friends and family. My first experience with her was great so I keep booking with her every time I need to come back.
Customer parts should be allowed to be put on, especially for my vehicle. I find toyota kits cheaper than the individual parts you sell. This could help a lot of owners wallets.
