Another great visit with my advisor Tony S. Greeted me right on time, gave me options for service, gave me a quote, and everything was completed on time and on price quoted. I've been coming here for over 7 years. I won't go anywhere else as long as Tony is here.

The visit took almost 5 hours and she didn’t notify me of any problems or findings before sending me a text that 9300 dollars in repairs were needed She wasn’t rude but certainly not pleasant or helpful I went to the dealership only because the V SC message said the dealership could determine from the error codes what the root problem was that caused the alarm msg I have spent thousands of dollars at this dealership but that ends today

I always receive great service here at Gosch Toyota, Hemet. This was my first experience with Kristin and I was pleased with our interaction from the start. Regardless of it being an early and busy Saturday morning Kristin greeted me with a warm smile and was very attentive to my needs. Kristin was extremely considerate from start to finish and I look forward to next time!

Anthony (Tony) has been my service guy for all but one of my service appointments and every time it's been a great experience as he is patient and explains everything in great detail. I come from a family of mechanics so I know how important it is to trust the person or people fixing your car. I know that I can trust Tony to always be honest and straight with me when it comes to my car. I am more than 100% satisfied with the service I received at Gosch Toyota in Hemet.

Not satisfied. Service was not complete. They told me they were going to rotate my tires and never did. I am very Disappointed in the service that Toyota of Hemet provided.

Since this was my first oil change and first time using your service department, I did experience an issue. Kevin addressed the issue and fixed it. Had he not I would be very disappointed. I appreciate that he took care if it and apologized. so I can say I was satisfied. He actually has great customer service.
