No I was not happy at all came in at 9 got a email at 10:30 it was done I waited till 11:30 the service guy still had not came out to tell me it was done I had to go to him and when he did finally he cleave me the paperwork and key pointed outside and said it's out there I went out could not find had to get help to find it finally found it behind the carwash building I never found it the guy got it for me and it was not washed and I was told it would be no problem so no not happy at all

Everything went well, my only complaint is a simple fluid check tire rotation and alignment took 3 and a half hours with an appointment being a former technician the fluid check and tire rotation should have taken 10 to 15 minutes and an experienced alignment tech should have been done in 20 to 30 minutes. That is my only complaint that is took a long time otherwise the work was completed properly.

The visit took almost 5 hours and she didn’t notify me of any problems or findings before sending me a text that 9300 dollars in repairs were needed She wasn’t rude but certainly not pleasant or helpful I went to the dealership only because the V SC message said the dealership could determine from the error codes what the root problem was that caused the alarm msg I have spent thousands of dollars at this dealership but that ends today
