I was very disappointed and upset due to the fact that my tire rotation was not done even though I payed for oil change and rotation. I know it was not done due to the fact that my rear tire had a chalk mark because I had just had a flat repaired on my rear tire. I noticed when I went to the car wash that my tire was still on the rear. Needless to say that it makes me wonder how many times this has been to me before. I left a message for the service director Chris which he hasn’t returned.

Kristin wasn't very polite . She had me there waiting while I could see my truck was done , and told me " well text you when it's ready ".. also telling me that there were other customers ahead of me even though I was the very first person there this morning. Didn't wash the truck despite having it for over 2 hours ..won't be going back to her .

Good experience overall Inside of car was very dusty. This windows got left open i think. Could have been washed/dusted. Overall problems were fixed and service was done timely

First the service advisor was rude at the start of the interaction because the automated system got the wrong car . Second the time was at 11:15 and I came in earlier he was not happy with that. He had other issues with my husband over the phone. Lastly when I picked my truck he said it had been washed and on the shade . The truck was not there they had to get it from the back and the truck was never washed!!! I was so upset that I didn’t go back in to let him know. Bad customer service vey disappointed.

It took over three hours to get a tire replaced under my tire warranty. That is entirely too long. The service rep didn’t know that you had it in stock and he went through the whole process of getting a rental car for me even though you guys had that tire in stock and we’re able to just fix it. I think you need to be more conscious about how long things take and how much out of my day that was.
