No contact needed I was warned about Toyota of hemet and should’ve listened. It’s not all Stewart’s fault but someone has to hold these technicians to a standard I waited 3 hours for the service to be done even though I had an appointment oil changes and fluid checks do not take that long. only to have my engine covered in oil smoking on the side of the road with no oil cap and coolant below the minimum amount. It’s clear the technicians or lube techs don’t take pride in their work and all the bad reviews online should’ve been a warning to me and anyone who gets work done there after me.

I am absolutely livid about this experience. My vehicle had door edge film to help protect from minor paint dings which had to be removed for the paint recall service. When I received my car back, the film had not been replaced. After returning the following day, I'm informed that the film must have been "aftermarket" so it can't be replaced. Mind you, it's not like I was informed about that prior to service. I expected my car to be returned with the same protective features it was dropped off with.
