Ed Bailey was fine. Manager Chris Jones’s was supposed to call me this afternoon about a mistake that a mechanic made. He never bothered to call me. Mechanic never reset the dashboard after my last Service, so it lit up that maintenance was needed when I hadn’t even driven 1000 miles. So I brought the car in only to find I made the trip for nothing except a mechanic forgot to reset the dashboard light. I am a senior citizen, I changed my schedule to make arrangements to make the 30 mile round trip to Toyota hemet only to find it was all a mistake. Chris Jones’s said he’d call me this afternoon to discuss a discount in my next service, but he never bothered to call. Unprofessional and disgraceful service to a long time customer. Thank you for no a non customer experience. Insulting.

The rear alignment was off, which explained the rear sway on the vehicle. Alignment was done when putting new set of tires on. I’ll test drive it tomorrow, Miguel wants to please the customer… and does.

The service dept work was done efficiently in good time. Kenneth Candray had expedited the whole process, explained clearly necessary repairs (I had forgotten I needed new windshield blades, ironically, it rained hard that evening!!) He made the experience pleasant above my expectations. I didn’t feel pressured. He is an excellent employee, I’d ask for him on my next visit! Definitely a job well done!
