Always have a good experience with the staff at Toyota hemet. Kenneth was fantastic. Just a bit annoyed with why it took 3 hours for a simple oil change today. Every other time has been about an hour. It seemed busy in the store, but as me and my husband both have worked in service at a dealership, it was not 3 hour oil change busy. I would have brushed this off but I also had one of my 6 year old twins with me and we missed her dentist appointment waiting for the car to be done. Stoked about everything else though. Will still keep coming back, but an appointment we should up to early shouldn't take 3 hours for something I could have done in my driveway in 30 minutes. Glad the service was free today.

Staff not filling out forms properly..service took far too long..they forgot to wash the car, causing further delay..no snacks in waiting room..staff asking about sales or purchase of my brand new car..lol..overall VERY average service

Very happy with the service and what they’ve done and they even washed it without my asking, which I really appreciate it cause I didn’t realize you were supposed to ask for it to be done It just seems since I’ve been going there. I’ve been very happy with the service.
