We have been back twice to try to get the rear passenger seat heater and switch to work in our 2013 santa fe. They said it was fixed today and when we went home and tried to turn it on, it was not fixed. Not happy about this when they told us it was fixed.

They kept the car 5 days to do a one hour job. Kept texting it would be ready at a certain time, then another, over and over. I had made an appt. to get my car repaired, then they tell me they were really busy, that's why it took so long. Any questions, feel free to contact me. Don Ehrhardt
