Guy Foster was great. Met me, took me inside. went out to get info on car. Came back wrote out work order and took me to the area to wait. My car was done and washed as I was told in the time I was told. friendly and courteous service.

Very happy with the young man who helped Me. Did not know about the recall and also the Compressor for the air conditioning had a leak. They will let us know when the parts come In for those. Also the shuttle was very efficient.

I do not believe Gosch (Ford) stands behind their used cars..They sell you a car and then it is all up to you. The salesman, the finance manager, the sales manager all tell you one thing and then it does not come to pass. But yet they over sell you coverage on the car which is useless in everyday situations. I will not recomemend Gosch dealerships to anyone if asked.
