Gosch Hyundai Auto Repair Service Center

I was called by a rep from your office and offered a deal on an oil change and tire rotation. I also had 3 recalls to take care of. She said it wasn't a problem. When I arrived for my appointment the service man Omar was very rude saying that the deal did not exist and "was I sure" and "what was the ladies name" (I think he was calling me a liar?). Another worker had to intervene and say he would take care of it. Then another girl Chrissy called me 6 times to inform me about ny car but each time I asked for prices and asked questions she didn't know and had to find out. That's too many times to bug a person. The last call was to tell me that the man who runs the updates for one of my recalls only works during the week and the scheduler should not have scheduled me because they only do oil changes on weekend. She reassured me that they found the deal for the oil change and rotation.When I arrived to pick up my car the tire rotation wasn't done. I purchased tires but they are out of stock and have to be ordered with your company but after today and the very bad service I will return to get a refund. After this I will never return to Gosch for service or for another purchase. Ever. Best wishes to your company.

I was very impressed with the courtious way Omar took care of the problem with my car. It was a very good experience and Omar kept me inform of the progress periodically.

We arrived to have the service on time. We were greeted immediately and went to the lounge to wait for the work to be completed. We were there approx. an hour and a half when we were called that the work was completed and the car washed. My daughter and I went to the desk, paid the bill, the car looked nice and drove smoothly so we thanked the employee and left.

Guy, in the service dept., was extremely professional and personal at the same time. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I would highly recommend Gosch Hyundai based upon the courtesy and service we received from Guy and Omar in the service department on Saturday.

Guy was great. He always is anytime we've ever had him as our service advisor. Our car was finally fixed this time. Not that he fixed it but he made sure it was fixed and he also had my car washed and vacuumed. He is an awesome customer service employee.
