Dropped my car off at 11:30 for my 11:40 oil change appt. Was promised 2pm. Had not gotten call so went back at 2:45pm and car was in Bay untouched. After asking if there was a problem with my car they had it in the air at 2:50 and oil change done at 2:53. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Omar was very courteous to me gamy quick service and inform me of what was to be done on my car and then in a timely matter my car was finished and he was very polite courteous and very pleasing to do business with thank you

Omar Avina and Guy Foster are both Outstanding... No reflection on them at all, BUT... I drive for a living, driving people around for Uber & Lyft. And REALLY, u have to send away to Korea to get my part (condenser) and it takes 3 weeks+ to get it. How can I drive people in the Summer without no A/C. The answer is: You can't... We rely on our 5 Star ratings just as much as Omar & Guy do. And again, they were awesome... BUT, U need to make some different kinds of arrangements to get parts quicker. This cost me, not Hundreds of dollars, BUT it cost me Thousands...And I needed money very badly at the time that this happened. You eed a better situation. Maybe, keep some parts over here in a separate building. Something needs to be done... Sincerely, Dean L. Armstrong
