Guy did a great job of explaining the process and timing of replacing our 2016 Prius windshield. He followed through by keeping me posted during the process. He brought my car to the waiting area and walked me to the cashier. Guy provide the best customer of any individual at the Gosch complex including the sales personal.

Once again Guy out did himself. It was very busy today but he still made time to let me and other people that was waiting to be helped that he seen them/us and that he would be there shortly. He didn't rush anyone but still got everyone taken care of fast. Great service and always smiling.

The customer service is great **** when it came to my car and finding a scratch on it I was not happy but they did resolve the issue and they will take care of it you have an awesome team working for Gosch Hyundai

Guy is always very attentive to any concerns I may have.This last trip I was ready to leave and my car would not start.because my battery was dead.That was taken care of very soon as it was replaced with a new one.Thank you.
