Omar was very attentive from the moment we drove up until he walked with us to the cashier and he drove the washed car to the waiting room when it was finished. Service was personal and he made sure everything was completed

He even helped wash cars because the car washer did not come in. Because of no car washer it delayed the estimated time of completion. But service was excellent

My first time at the service department. Friendly staff but not positive on questions I had. Car pulls to the right and was told to come back if it continues. Android auto does not work with my smartphone and was told to wait for updates...

Concern was apparent and appreciated. Better batteries need to be Hyundai basic, and warranted. If my experience with battery within a new vehicle is standard, a lot of customers are having problems which a better battery under warranty would provide greater customer satisfaction in Hyundai owners.
