Service advisor, Guy is the consummate professional and always very cordial. The service advisor earns the highest marks. Yet the courtesy car driver and related service receives below-average marks. Driver was indifferent and slow to respond. In spite of observing 2 courtesy drivers drive away, service was slow to offer drop off. Ultimately decided to wait for service to be completed.
