It is always a pleasure to get service done with Gosch Hyundai. From beginning to end! When setting up an appointment I was given the best customer service! The representative was very helpful when I asked of I could take my car in sooner since I was already in the area. When arriving to the service department Guy immediately attended my vehicle and set me up with a shuttle. The shuttle drivers were extremely pleasant and courteous. Most importantly my vehicle was complete in a timely manner.

No.....Bcuz the engine is not as quiet as it was....But Omar Avina gets a 10 in my books. Him and Guy are the best...10 for Omar....

The service was great, except when I picked the car up, he said it had been washed, but the passanger side, and the rear bumper were spotted with dirt. The side mirrors weren't clean either.

My car is working much better! Thank you so much! The only thing I had an issue with was the text sent to me while my car was in your possession. It said that my car was happy with Gosch Hyundai. I thought for sure the next text would say I didn't deserve it and that you'd find it a better home... ????

I really loved the service I received. GUY IS AWESOME!!!!! He went above and beyond to provide excellent genuine customer care. Being a woman it is scary going to an auto shop for fear of being too kennth advantage of. Guy eased every fear I initially had. Thank you Guy continue to be genuine!
