Guy Foster was excellent. The waiting room had water, coffee, and donuts. Thanks! It was freaking cold in that waiting room because the heat want high enough and every time the door opened it made the room colder. Cliff was professional and kind when he delivered my car keys to me.

Everything went well except that my floor mat and carpet was soiled by the technician. Guy attempted to clean it but it is still somewhat soiled. I pride myself on keeping my car clean and new looking. Florence J. Browning

I brought my veh in the afternoon before my appt so not have to bring in early the following day and Guy took my veh and actually had it ready for me that same afternoon wow was expecting this and washed too.

Guy is the best service advisor I have had in my years of a customer service department Experiences. This man should get an employee of the month or some type of honor as he goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. The only service advisor I will go to from now on.
