He argued with me regarding the oil change services that are included in my lease. Insisted he could not honor complimentary services from other dealers. I specified this information when I made appointment and when it was confirmed. He did ultimately do the service after checking with someone else. I specifically said it was part of my lease, he insisted it was a free one. Then turned it that I said free. Very unprofessional to argue with customers.

I was very happy with my service today. The service man and cashier were very friendly and helpful. Customer service was excellent! I was also happy with how quickly my car was done. I will definitely be back.
