I am wondering why my car was moved to the back lot and sat there for 42 minutes before it was ever driven into the shop. I was not given an estimated wait time I was simply told I could go wait in the waiting room. I was not asked to sign check in papers, I checked in at 9:05 AM and at 10:38 was at the point where I went to go back in to the service desk to inquire why it has taken almost 2 hrs to do an oil change. After reviewing my dash cam footage I saw my car sat untouched for 42 minutes.

Even though it took a little but, I was happy that my oil change was done but most importantly I was happy my brakes were checked too.
