Neil was really rude and not helpful at all i went in for an aligment and it came out wprse then what i had it and he wont help me get it fix asap even though it just came out of their shop they never test drive it to check their work

Neil was professional, knowledge and friendly. My only suggestion is when a customer is told a time; say 1 1/2 hours, it would be courteous to let the customer know when it's longer. I waited 3 hours with no one keeping me informed of the extended wait time.

Guy and Steve were completely amazing throughout the whole process. I was a dissatisfied customer from Temecula and they took me on as a customer, went over above and beyond to better my experience at Hyundai. They both are fantastic at customer service and addressed my needs and helped me through the warranty repair process. I will be a repeat customer at the Hemet Hyundai! Guy is a priceless employee to have! Kudos to you both, customer service is rare to find these days and I truly appreciate people helping customers!! Thank you for a wonderful experience :)
