I was originally very pleased with the customer service of everyone on the service team. I love hemet hyundai. Neil was great and the manager Steve is my go to guy regarding my little accent. However after getting the diagnosis of a dead battery and replacing it for $130 I am now stranded in the grocery store parking lot and walking 2 miles home because I wasted my money this morning. I love the guys at hemet however I do not like getting diagnosed for one this when it is more the just a dead battery and I am walking home.

I had to pay for an oil change and you wanted to charge $20 for a tire rotation. My car doesn't even 6,000 miles on it. My Chevy has 20,000 miles on it and I still have 1 free oil change left and they don't charge to rotate tires. Really disappointed in Hyundai Service for a brand new car I've only owned for six months. Chris Wiles ****-****-xxxx
