I had a 1:30 pm appointment. I arrived at 1:10 pm. Checked in for a oil change and a oil filter change. I was told it would take about a hour and 15 minutes. I was told to wait in the waiting area. Two hours later I received a text that recommended I change two more filters for an addional $135.00. I declined the offer. I paid and they told me to go outside and the car would be right out. I stood outside in the heat for 15 minutes and finally a employee said he would go look for my car. He brought it to me and I left. I am 89 years old and I think I

I appreciated Carlos’s assistance with my car service needs and repairs. He did all that he can and tried his best to work with me on the repairs needed. My car is running great and I am very happy. Thank you Carlos and the service team.

I have full confidence of the Service Advisors and always my trust is in Techninians. I also appreciate Mr Mike Carrasco that when he’s available he checks on me personally that I’m satisfied. My personal decisions are if I have to have repair work especially in the engine compartment I swill only let Diamond Valley Honda Technicians work on my 2014 Honda Accord. Yesterday I was treated respectfully by Angela Gagliano and Dulce Lopez. Two fine women.

I got an appointment on the same day my day off from work and they did my alignment which was important since I had to get three new tires from Costco on Sunday , the alignment will save my new tires from wearing out to fast.

I sat and waited for 4 hours for my vehicle. Dulce went home for day with no updates. I realized it was closing time and asked for an update and they told me my vehicle had been ready. I was told Dulce would call me in the am to make an appointment. Never received a call. No service was provided. Check engine light still on despite the fact I just had my car serviced there 2 weeks prior. $1800 worth of work done “supposedly” I am utterly disgusted with the service I have received.
