Went in without appt, due to unforeseen incident on the road. Needed a new tire, was under warranty but I can tell the office and service was short staffed. Yet everyone hustled and manage to squeeze me in. I really appreciate the professionalism a d honesty. While still trying to above and beyond. Also washed my car without me asking. Top notch ????????

I certainly appreciate the importance of minimizing any inconvenience to others, as I also strive to provide exceptional customer service. I acknowledge that situations can become quite busy,but a short phone call or a quick text message to keep the customer informed about a minor delay would be greatly valued. It is simply a matter of providing excellent customer service, which is the only request being made. Unfortunately, I did not feel that I received that level of service. I brought the car in for a recall at 9:00 in the morning and was informed that it would take approximately four to five hours. I confirmed that this was acceptable and simply requested to be notified when the car was ready. However, I did not receive any communication around the estimated timeframe. I eventually went there after 3:30, and I did not get my car back until 5:30.

Mr. **** was amazing. He was extremely busy, but I still felt as if I was a high priority customer. He was very polite, friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be back. Thank you Mr. **** for all you do.

No issue with Jesse, he was fine. However, not happy with the booking system. I came in for A16 service and was told with a 2:30 appointment they would not be able to do the 6 service. Why was I not informed of this prior to coming in for my appointment, I clearly indicated the need when I booked my appointment. The more significant issue is this was the First time I’m bringing this brand new car in for and I leave with a Grease handprint on hood of car and dirt handprints inside car on the dash where they check the cabin filter. Disappointing.

The staff and service I received was very good! I was a little disappointed because I waited somewhere between 1.5 to 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment and when my car was returned to me there was a small amount of paper trash left in the car that was no longer needed and it had not been washed like at my previous services. Also, it would be appreciated if the seat was returned to the original position when the service was complete. Kind of nitpicky on my part but small details count. The actual service and my interactions with the staff were very positive!
