I had originally gone to Chevrolet right next-door where I purchased the vehicle. They were telling me that they would have to replace the bumper that the cover was torn. It could be anywhere from the 5000 to 6000. I am currently stuck in clinics and hospitals healthwise it really brought me down, but I said why not call Honda since that’s what my car is. I spoke to Jesse. he told me not to worry you’re bringing in my car. It would be anywhere from 20 to 120 more less when I got there I had another representative look up the parts and he said at least 228 I couldn’t understand. I waited for Jesse to come out a meeting. Came back later that morning and he said are you willing to wait it’s around 45 minutes being tired and in pain I left received a phone call from Jesse saying your car is ready. I was scared to even ask how much when he said $28 my tears came out and I was so happy with all the staff. Everyone was very polite. I highly recommend This Honda and Hemet dealership thanks to all the staff. Amazing job thank you.

Part of the oil change service was to check tire pressure. Even though the boxes were checked on the paperwork the pressure was the same as when I left the truck for service. Such a minor detail but yet not completed.

My car was there for three days for a check engine light. I got my car back yesterday and the check engine light is back on again! What exactly did you fix?! I missed days off work because you had my car so long just for the problem to return the next day.

We were scheduled for a tire rotation and oil change. My tires were not rotated. Additionally, inspection said needed cabin and engine air filters, and this was not mentioned to my husband, who brought the car in. The filters aren't a big deal, as we can do that ourselves, but we live 40+ minutes away from Hemet, so it **** to go all the way out there and not have necessary tire rotation completed for the SECOND service in a row. We either have to pay to have it done closer to home or take another morning off work to drove out there.
