Your phone service is very, very bad. It is very difficult to make contact, the phone extension system is nearly impossible to make a connection with.

Everything went smoothly, however, when I picked up the car I only received an invoice. I did not receive a smog certificate or recall certificate. Aren't I required to have copies of these items?

On 5/14 I went in put money down signed papers and left with a car. They told me do a good survey and we will tint your windows. I’m calling and calling to try to get info on lien holder info for insurance purposes. Hard to get in contact with anyone. Finally spoke with Carlos and he tells me it is Honda Trustee. Send me a pic and there PO Box address. I have an appt 5/27 to get windows tinted. I go in and then see the guy Dominic who sold me the vehicle. He say oh have u talk to Carlos. No I have not. Well you might need a co-signer if u want to keep the vehicle. Mind you I had vehicle a week and 6 days.. HORRRIBLE COMMUNICATION. I then spoke with Greg management just as bad as Carlos no communication. I’m texting and calling through out day for update no response. Then I speak with Stephanie, Greg’s boss she just apologizes for all the no communication. Apparently no bank wanted to pick up my contract, and wasn’t told til a week and 6 days later.
