I always receive the utmost care from everyone at Fairway Ford; from Lydia who is always conscientious for my schedule in planning my visits; to the wonderful drivers who take me to and from. I am always satisfied with the maintenance on my car. I purchased from Fairway and it has been a terrific vehicle for me. I am retired now and an happy with the car.
The only part was waiting 35 mins after I paid to get my truck back. Besides that it was a great experience as always.
Steve did great and is very apologetic and keeps us in the loop what is going on. Just frustrating that they can’t figure out what is wrong with our Mach-E
Gage was great from scheduling my appt the day before to greeting me and taking care of me on my visit. He gave me the information I needed. Kudos to Gage. I will definitely follow up with him next week for 4 new tires.
My 2014 truck has only seen Jeff since the day of sale, Jeff has always treated me with professionalism. Just spent $1800+ to have my truck fixed. Got the call it was fixed only to drive out with the exact same codes which are the same codes that brought me in. Jeff told me to bring it back in and he will have a loaner available for me. The reason it was brought in was the codes which I’m told has to do with the air bag activation. That is a Safety Issue, hard for me to believe that Ford Motor Co would look the other way on air bag safety activation issue.

I’m rating this a no because I felt like I had a lot of over communication about my appointment, both text messages and I believe emails. I’m a person that only needs one reminder and I understand that I guess there are people that need multiple reminders, but it just felt a little like overkill to me. Plus, I came in and mentioned that I wanted to have two services and I receive an estimate for over $800 for multiple services that as I understand from a family member who is knowledgeable about vehicles, says I don’t need for like another 40,000 miles on my car and I was very upset when I received that estimate. I only added on one additional item that was recommended by the mechanic, in order to keep my bill at a reasonable amount.
Lidia always provides excellent service. I really appreciate her communication. She went above ans Beyond to help me find solutions.

The worst service I have ever received in my life They take forever to respond. They never did what I needed, and their managers are ****.
My only negative feedback is when you have an appointment which I made a week prior is to abide by the appointment and not look at my car the next day. I feel services should not over book themselves. I even brought my car in the night before which I knew they wouldn’t start on it then, but they should stick to the appointment day and time.
Lidia is the best she treats me like family and is always prompt and easy to talk to.
