The waiting process outside is not good. You don't know who's 1st 2nd, etc. The street is too small, can't double park. Overall, Chad was very helpful.

How can I say yes take the car for service to change oil and when I change the line driving car pools right the left left the right it was the same nothing change iwas 31/2 hour waiting they just check the tire air and check the wiper. That’s all I said 3 1/2 hours for nothing.

No one seemed to be aware that I needed to pick up my car. I paid my bill and was told to “wait for the car.” It never came. I thought the staff was busy. 45 minutes later a staff tells me they’ve been seeing me wait around for too long and asks me what I’m waiting for. Only then was it communicated to appropriate staff that my car needed to be returned to me. I specifically asked the cashier after paying if they knew to return my car and she said “yes, just wait there.” The communication between team members is obviously not what it should be.
