Estimated wait time was 2-3 hours and i was there for 4.5 and had to wait another 30 minutes for it to be returned to me once i received the alert it was ready

Even though the service was took place on May 9, to this day I have no documentation on the service performed. Multiple attempts to contact service adviser remained without response. This morning I left a message requesting to speak to the service manager - let’s see if I hear back. Next step will be contacting the manager of the dealership.

I just wanted to comment on Jorge’s service. Anyone can be kind and courteous but Jorge really made it feel like I was a long time friend. He was professional as well as honest and up front about the entire process and gave his intake and advice on several key issues. If there was a definition on excellent customer service, it would be how Jorge dealt with me.
