Your dealership has outstanding service!
The service representatives were very courteous. However, I was told on the phone that this would be an hour and a half. My wife took the car there and they said 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Almost 5 hours later she got the car and came home. This was an epic failure on your part especially since it was my wife who had to sit around and wait and not me.
I was well pleased with the service I received today. I was kept informed about my vehicle the time was there. Very professional people.

I would like to recognize Kim Bassett for his outstanding customer service and professionalism. Kim is always friendly, informative, and incredibly easy to work with. Every time we come in, he takes the time to answer our questions, provide helpful information, and make sure we have a great experience.
His positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond are a big reason why we continue to come back. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers and consistently delivers such exceptional service.
Kim is a tremendous asset to the company, and his dedication does not go unnoticed. Employees like him are what keep customers returning year after year. In my opinion, he absolutely deserves a raise, bonus, or some form of recognition for his outstanding work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction.

I was told it would only take several hours but it required almost 4 hrs. I know i asked to have the oil changed but that shouldn't have increased the time by almost 2 hrs.

I am on vacation from Texas. My maintenance light came on for a tire rotation. Your whole team was great in assisting me! I believe it was Christine who answered the phone and worked me in. Jamal was great at getting me checked in and understanding my needs. Taylor was great at keeping me up to date and back on the road in only one hour. I also appreciated being able to take my Chihuahua Bruiser in with me as I had nothing else to do with him.
