Tony is always so accommodating, helpful, and pleasant. He has helped me previously when bringing my Tacoma in for service. Sometimes I drop off my vehicle and go, but sometimes I stay and wait. During those wait times I have witnessed the excellent service provided by Tony to any of the customers present. Tony goes above and beyond to ensure his customers experience a pleasant experience.

I called to make an appointment, left a message and never got a call back.
The next day I called back to schedule my appointment. We discussed a 20k service and checking my breaks.
When I got the message my car was done I called, and had to leave a message. The service team did call me back. No one had checked my breaks for the issue and I was told it would be another hour.
When I went to pick up my car no one was there to help me. I had to look around for someone.
My car wasn't washed.
We previously had a Subaru and loved working with the Phil Meador Subaru service team. I've been disappointed with my interactions at PM Toyota and am planning on taking my car to Salt Lake from here on out.
He went above and beyond on Friday when I had to drop off my car unexpectedly and in the heat! He made sure we came in out of the heat and got us water to drink. He took great care of us and my vehicle!

When I was told that the oil leak location had been determined, I was asked to leave the vehicle overnight. Since I had things to do with it, I said that I needed to borrow it and bring it back. What I'm wondering, though, is whether it would have saved any labor cost had I left it, by leaving it at the point where it was, and not having to put it back together, then take it back apart today. Nothing was mentioned about that, however.
So I am not able to definitively answer the question of whether I am completely satisfied.
Oil leak locared & part ordered yesterday. They said it would be in today. Came in. But I'm moving tomorrow, but am informed that it will be Friday before an appointment is available.
She was fast, efficient and extremely nice when checking me out! Always love coming for my oil changes because everyone there is extremely nice!
Made an appointment to have our vehicle serviced for an oil change and a transmission service. The response by Phil Meador said to plan on one hour. I needed to assist my wife with some medical issues that gave me a two hour window. Plenty of time I thought. The service took almost 3 hours with the reason being that the transmission fluid temperature was too hot to be be done any quicker. I’ve changed plenty of transmission fluid and never had it take that long. Not sure how the vehicle could be that hot especially with only a 10 minute morning drive to the dealership.
Service representative was courteous and kept me informed at every step of the process. Exceptional service
