Jamal is hands down one of the most kind and genuine people I’ve ever met at a dealership, and well, in general in life. My vehicle was brought in 10 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment. All of the maintenance repairs were brought to my attention prior to being performed. And the expectation was met and exceeded by not only the desk staff, but by the technicians who performed the work. Thank you.
I brought my car in for service spent over $1000 just to find out that the service never happened even though my car was at the dealership for over five hours.
Brought my car in a second time to get the service actually done and was told my car would be priority and the service still took over five hours. Communication was very poor and not sure that I trust my vehicles getting serviced here anymore.
The day I called they were able to schedule me the same day. Emilie checked me in and out and went over the invoice with me.

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation after 2 hours of waiting my truck was finally done and then they tell me that they were unable to rotate the tires due to the lug nut being damaged.
My appointment went great. Everyone it was very courteous.
Tony was extremely helpful and George gave me a ride home, it was a great experience
