Concerned on why I got given a 20'000 mile last free oil change when im below 10'000 miles, I'll have to re-read the contract to confirm everything again though. Im unsure if it was a mistake or I just forgot part of the contract. Otherwise im very satisfied, everyone was professional and they did a great job. Thank you.
Really should’ve told me u couldnt fix it before charging me to do diagnostics. I was told it needed done when I did my last oil change. Nobody told me u guys couldn’t do it. Now u tell me u can’t after charging me 175$ for diagnose. I would’ve just gone to the place in Blackfoot if I was told that first. Not happy at all

After the oil change, I went to clean inside of my vehicle. When I opened the passenger side door the clip door that goes to my cabin filter was on the side of the seat. The oil change tech didn't put it back on. This showed me the lack care to my vehicle. This could have gotten lost or broken and I would have been responsible to buy a new one. You guys are professionals and this shouldnt have happened. Another issue happened last year, after had oil change, You guys didn't screw down the engine filter top back on. Made my car have weird noises. I had it looked at. And I was told that the engine filter cover wasn't screwed back on. Apparently this is an issue from a big company. Shouldn't be happening.

I asked them to do one simple request of having my mileage sticker for an oil change reflect 3000 miles not 5000 and they didn’t do that and I had to go back in and ask for a new one. They did a multi point inspection in which they said I needed brakes, which I know I don’t, but in said inspection they also didn’t grease the drive train as is standard with this service. Overall they weee dismissive and difficult to talk to ( also to find they we’re never any where I could find them) like it’s so stereotypical dealership bull **** it’s insane
My Sienna van door has not been opening or closing smoothly for most of the time we have owned it so I requested it be checked out while the vehicle was in for a recall repair. Unfortunately, a couple months ago we used a car topper for spring break, which the door was also touching when opening and rubbed some paint off. I’m now being told that was an impact that caused the door to become misaligned. And I’m now at a he said, she said situation for the timing of the paint rubs despite the significant metal wear on the door latch system, and the door not opening/closing properly for over a year. Really haven’t needed warranty work from Toyota very much, but when I have, they were not there for me. Very frustrating!
The team was nice. They let me move my 10,000 mile checkup for my 5,000 mile service so I could get my oil changed. The manual recommends getting the oil changed at 5,000 miles, so I was happy with experience at the service center today.
I always enjoy working with the service team. Kim and Jamal are very helpful and personable. I enjoy seeing them. George the shuttle guy is great too. No one want to need repairs, but it's always good to see them.
Tony always has the best customer service. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.
The servicing went well ($200 in costs), but I was promised a car wash and was not given one upon picking up my car. Other than that, I have no complaints.
