This was not the issue of the lady we dealt with and they were very accommodating in setting up the appointment last minute. The problem is that I told them the tire had a leak in it based on going flat overnight. Despite that and being very specific on what tire it was, they stated they couldn't find the leak. It went flat again and not being able to make the 3 hour round trip drive to bring it in again, we had it fixed locally and they found the small hole. It is disappointing that your technician didn't take the extra time to find it and save us a lot of hassle and extra expense.

I got an oil change and the multi point inspection with no additional services. It was an hour and half from 11:30-1. There seemed to be a scheduling conflict between to many services during lunch hour. Please do not call me.

Usually when I arrive for service, I am promptly greeted by someone. Today no one was there so I went to the waiting room anyway. I was there close to three hours for little more than routine maintenance. The highlight of my visit is that Lucy greeted me in the waiting room. She as usual was wonderful. I look forward to seeing her again.

I was satisfied with the majority of my visit. But it was difficult for me to understand and deal with the technicians removing my oil change sticker on my windshield while performing only a tire rotation. It has caused me a slight headache in trying to figure out when Im due for my next oil change. I guess I'll be paying for an oil change right away just to be safe, (and taking time out of my life to go do it). They told me that they always remove the oil change sticker when performing any maintenance, whether oil-related or not. They said I should have been given a new maintenance sticker, but I didn't receive one. I hope that my alerting you to this issue will save other customers from having to purchase an oil change prematurely simply because the information has been lost because the sticker was removed for no apparent reason. I did appreciate them washing my vehicle, and performing the rotation in a timely manner today. The woman who checked me in and out was good to work with, and I do appreciate her. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to help you understand how it could have gone better.

There was a specific lady who was a redhead who was very unprofessional if she doesn’t want to work there she shouldn’t be in front with customers preferably Emily apologized on her behalf, which I felt like wasn’t her place to apologize

Jamal was very quick to respond to my text messages and Questions. He explained what all needed to be done with the replacing of my sensor even though I wasn’t happy that’s what needed to be done to solve ten problem often sensors not working Huge expense of wasn’t anticipating at this time
