Sabina was a good and gentle adviser, Georgia was very attentive trying to help me with a loaner car, and the update from the technician/mechanic of the repair or services needed for my car was detailed and informative. However I was disappointed that I couldn't get a loaner car. I was disappointed that even with the easy way to by text confirm the repairs of my car I didn't received a call from technician or Adviser to explain the repair and services, and when I go to pickup my car the cashier couldn't explain the repairs/services and the bill/receipt was very confusing vs the report that I received earlier from mechanic.

Sabina and all your staff are wonderful. Your new policy of charging for use of a credit card is obnoxious to say the least. Your service fees are not cheap and I object to being nicked and dimed. It is very short sighted.

I have a question regarding my service. It appears that I was charged for tire rotatin. However, the tires were not rotated because they overlooked the lock for the tires which was, as I indicated was in the glove compartment. I looked in the compartment as I was driving home. I was too tired to turn around and the traffic too heavy. I will reach out tomorrow, 6/9. Thank you.
