My A/C still isn’t blowing COLD, for $900 I thought it would be colder. Also there was damage to car. My front bumper was popped out.
Very satisfied with the service I received. Would definitely recommend a Honda vehicle. Glad they were able to accommodate me so I didn't have to lose time from work.

I didn’t receive the car in the exact condition I left it in. When I requested someone to fix it, the mechanic walked away after I asked for a cable that was left hanging. I also needed a loaner car since I have a child and needed transportation. The person assisting me didn’t help me find a way to get a car until Monday, so I had to figure out my transportation for the days I was without a car. It was a terrible customer experience.

To pick up my car after swrcice foe a eecall, I had to wait unnecessarily when I simply needed to bw just checked out with the indication I did not nees to pay my car was ready and waiting outside. It was when I askwd what was taking long they sent me to someone at the desk who stamped my paper paid and went to tell rhe cashier it was a recall nothing owed, why was thos not done sooner is beyond me.
