I had a disappointing experience at the Honda dealership. I received a list of items that needed to be addressed, and upon further investigation, I realized that some of the items listed were sent in error and it seemed that the service advisor mixed up my car with another car. I had to wait over 5 hour for an oil change, tire rotation and differential. Was told 3 hours but it appeared my vehicle was not seen when it should have been. The agent did apologize and credited me for the oil change and tire rotation. However, I was never updated as I waited in the waiting room at the location.
